India the host of world cup 2023 lost the Final match against The five time Winners Australia.

From the beginning of the world cup 2023 team india under the captaincy of Rohit Sharma also called The Hit Man seems to be the best contender.

Under the captaincy of Rohit Sharma team india remains unbeaten from the beginning of the tournament.

All the Indian players seems to be in peak form, as the top order batters Including the captain Rohit Sharma with Shubham Gill throws tons of runs on the board in almost  every match.

Team India won every match with huge margins that are unbelievable.Not only batters but all bowlers shows outstanding performance mostly Mohammad Shami and Spin bowler Ravinder Jadeja.

When we talk about the team it is in the eye of everyone that team india will have to win the world cup 2023. As the most run scorer and most wicket taker are from the team india i.e. Virat Kohli and Mohammad Shami respectively.

There are few Reasons why India loose the world cup 2023 final in presence ofthis above mentioned team qualities.

Reasons Why India Lost World Cup Final

The Reasons behind India loss :- 

Reason 1 :- The main Reason behind India lost the world cup final is Pressure.From past 10-12 years team india makes their way in semi-finals and Finals but unfortunately team india is not yet matured to handle the pressure of big matches.In the final played on 19 November 2023 in Ahmedabad India team india Seems to be in Pressure.

After the first early wicket of Shubham Gill the team captain Rohit Sharma continues this intent and played attacking shots.

But After the fall of captain's wicket team india comes in Pressure and all players throw their wickets in Pressure.

Reason 2 :- The collapse of Middle order,the middle order batter Shreyas Iyer showed immaturity by throwing his wicket. KL Rahul played many dot balls and increased more pressure.

Reason 3:- Bad performance by Finishers.Much needed role not shown by finishers SuryaKumar Yadav and Jadeja.

Reason 4 :- Last but not Least the game plan of Australian players. Australia have come in the field with a proper game plan. E.g.

Giving bowling to Maxwell against Rohit Sharma etc

Reason 5 :- Teams india made a big mistake because they have not tested their finishers in previous matches.

In conclusion we can say that all the departments failed in the world cup final due to pressure and immaturity. 

India has to work on their middle order and learn how to handle the pressure in big games .
